Super 88 is one of the more popular chains of Asian supermarkets in the Boston area, and proximity to this location is definitely one of the better perks of living near Allston/ BU area. Want some spice in your grocery shopping? Priced for any college student, you can purchase asian produce and tropical fruit (they have dragon fruit!!!) as well as live seafood. If you're really ambitious you can purchase their quail eggs. Slightly cheaper than Shaw's (it's competitor), you will have much more variety here including shelves of asian junk food and hawaiian goodies that anyone can appreciate. The front of the store is more like a food court where you can purchase anything from Indian to Thai food.
